You’ll find a caring non-judgmental doctor accepting Medi-Cal, Medi-Care, Tribal Healthcare & other types of insurance. Please note that we no longer accept CMST insurance.

Medical Cannabis
If you are a New Patient and would like to see Dr. Hopkins please make an appointment. As an New Patient you will need to bring with you your Primary Care physician information, name, phone number, address, also any past medical records. If you do not bring this information, we will issue you a 1 month temporary recommendation until we receive your medical information. You can down load our records release form from our web-site and have your medical records faxed directly to us. Please give our office a call if you need help or have any questions.
