In order to properly verify a patient you will need the patient’s ID number and D.O.B. as it appears on their Identification card. If you can not locate the patient id # please call (707) 275-2366.
*Please note, if the patient was seen today, Our system requires 24 hours from the time the patient leaves our office to update.
